Our mission is to help you live out yours.
The life of a pastor is meaningful, enlightening, exhilarating…and incredibly difficult. The work itself is challenging. But the physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational toll can become overwhelming.
That’s why we’re here.
With one of the nation’s largest networks of pastor-focused organizations and specialists, we bring 4 types of trusted assistance to ministry professionals and their families:
“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.”
– Proverbs 4:2
Our outward actions and words flow from the core condition of our inner lives. So to sustain a lifetime of vibrant pastoral leadership, pastors must maintain stewardship of themselves.
In other words, what a pastor does emerges from who a pastor is.
A strong internal core will help pastors avoid the likelihood of
- Vocational burnout
- Vulnerability to temptation
- Deterioration of relationships
- And more
Whether you’ve already fallen victim to these stumbling blocks, are beginning to feel yourself wearing down, or want to strengthen your own well-being before crisis strikes, we’re here to help.
6 Domains of Well-Being
6 fully integrated domains of well-being form the internal core of a pastor’s life:

Mentors & Ministry Consultants
The value of wise counsel can’t be overstated, so we have carefully selected a team of Mentors and Ministry Consultants who can help shepherd you as you live out God’s purpose for your ministry.
Selected for their biblically founded discernment, our Mentors can come alongside you with wise, trusted support. In some cases, we pair younger leaders with skilled veteran pastors or ministry leaders.
Ministry Consultants can bring detailed insight and wisdom to special ministry situations, providing guidance for specific circumstances and needs. For example, a former executive pastor might come alongside a new pastor to offer outside perspective and the wisdom of experience.
In addition to a formal referral to our partners and counselors, PSN may also provide informal referrals to fellow pastors, for one-on-one conversation.
Our team is based in the Great Lakes region, but we’re committed to connecting you with help—no matter where you are in your walk or in the world.
